HSA/FSA payments made easy
We love working with teams that check all our boxes! Sika Health is helping reinvent the way people shop for health care, and we were proud to partner with this women-led, mission-driven team to create a more vibrant and engaging brand and overhaul their B2B2C payments user experience.
Working collaboratively with founder Ami Kumordzie and product lead Diana Lam, we worked in parallel across multiple key initiatives. We helped reimagine and streamline the experience of their Shopify and Woo commerce checkout experiences, using the opportunity to evolve their overall brand voice as expressed in copy throughout the commerce flow.
At the same time, we helped develop a refined core visual identity, including the core wordmark, secondary Sika check, signaling confidence, trust, and establishing a visual vocabulary for D2C merchants to help customers use their HSA/FSA funds.
The core brand identity scaled across surfaces, from initial consumer awareness and B2B marketing, playing nice across a wide range of partner merchant e-commerce brands, and creating a differentiated signal for consumers when embedded in 3rd party checkout experiences.
The work culminated in development ready assets to help Sika meet their product roadmap goals while establishing a comprehensive brand book and guidelines to drive further expansion of the brand.
